Join me from October 16 to October 18, 2026 at the beautiful Green Nest Lodge in Buckhorn, Ontario - just 2 hours from Toronto. You will enjoy a curated experience where wellness and restoration are front and centre. The retreat includes daily yoga, breath-work, meditation, nourishing meals, and time to enjoy the gorgeous venue including Spirit Lake and the 20-person Indoor Swim Spa.

Details
Retreat price includes your full experience including your accommodation, meals, daily yoga and wellness sessions, guest speakers and access to facilities. RMT massage can be added at an additional fee if interested.
Single Occupancy includes the full retreat price for one person. Double occupancy includes the full retreat price for 2 people sharing a single room.
All rooms have access to semi private kitchen, eating, and lounging spaces separate from common retreat spaces.
