Methodology
A three-part methodology for coming back to yourself and moving forward with intention.
Every Yogini Nureen retreat is thoughtfully designed around my Flow, Restore, Nourish methodology. It brings together movement, reflection, rest, connection and intentional nourishment to help you slow down, listen inward, and create space for what comes next.
Flow. Restore. Nourish.

Flow
Move. Explore. Reconnect.
Flow is the beginning. It gets you out of your head and back into your body.
Flow is about creating movement; physically, mentally and emotionally. Through mindful movement, yoga, breathwork and guided reflection, we shift out of autopilot and back into awareness. When we move, we create space to notice what we're carrying, what we're ready to release and what is calling for our attention.
Flow invites you to ask:
What am I feeling?
What am I ready to let go of?
What wants to move through me?
Restore
Pause. Reflect. Replenish.
Rest isn't a reward for doing enough. It is part of how we find our way forward.
Restoration is more than rest.
It is the intentional practice of creating enough space to hear yourself again. Through stillness, sound healing, meditation, restorative practices, and being in nature, Restore gives your nervous system and your mind room to exhale. This is where clarity often begins. When we stop rushing to the next thing, we can finally notice what we actually need.
Restore invites you to ask:
What is draining me?
What do I need more of?
What would it feel like to stop carrying everything alone?

Nourish
Choose. Connect. Grow.
Because a life that feels good isn't built through deprivation. It is built through nourishment.
Nourishment is about more than what we put on our plate. It is everything that gives us energy, connection and a sense of aliveness. Food. Friendship. Nature. Creativity. Purpose. Pleasure. Boundaries. Meaning. Nourish is where we begin to make intentional choices about what we want more of in our lives.
Nourish invites you to ask:
What gives me energy?
What do I want to make more room for
