Flow, Restore, Nourish: Lake Atitlan, Guatemala

April 10-17, 2027

Join me for a transformative week on the breathtaking shores of Lake Atitlán, where daily yoga, wellness practices, and authentic cultural experiences come together in one of Central America’s most inspiring settings.

Surrounded by volcanoes, lush landscapes, and the rich traditions of Guatemala, this retreat offers the opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and nourish your body, mind, and spirit.

Each day begins with guided breathwork and an energizing flow yoga practice to awaken the body and mind. In the evenings, we’ll slow down with yin and restorative yoga to release tension, restore the nervous system, and prepare for deep rest. The retreat also includes guided meditation and relaxing sound healing experiences.

Immerse yourself in the traditions and wisdom of Guatemala through a traditional Mayan Fire and Cacao Ceremony, temazcal (traditional sweat lodge / sauna ), and a guided visit to a local town and market. Unlike many retreats where cultural experiences are offered as optional extras, these meaningful experiences are included in your retreat investment.
